I recognize that there is only the one Presence and Power that I call God and it is all around me. Everywhere my eye rests I see an expression of this One and I acknowledge that It is looking back at me. Not only is this One Life and Mind all around me, but It is moving within me - in fact, It is me. There is only God - there is only Good - there is only One.

I choose in this moment to rest in that awareness and allow it to be the truth of my experience in every arena of my life. Where I might have felt struggle or tension, I realize now there is no law to support that because there is only the flow of Good in my life, this flow comes through me. It is the life of Spirit that is mine. I realize that there is no resistance and flowing through me easily now, there is peace, joy, strength, calm, awareness, there is integrity in all areas.

This realization brings me joy and gratitude for it is not some future revelation but it is the truth of my being in this moment. It is already done and I release this word - this knowing into the Law.
And so it is.
